Kassidy holds a B.A. in Communication from Bowling Green State University, where she was recognized for her academic achievements and leadership in various student organizations. Kassidy’s commitment to excellence extends beyond her professional life; she actively volunteers as a swim coach, demonstrating her dedication to community involvement and mentorship.
In her free time, Kassidy loves to stay active and explore new experiences. She enjoys hiking through scenic trails, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and discovering coffee shops around Cleveland. Kassidy also treasures quality time with family and friends, whether it’s hosting get-togethers or simply relaxing with loved ones.

A native of Lakewood, Ohio, Jessica is a Kent State University alumna with a degree in Organizational Communications. She has also earned and maintains her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) credentials through the American Staffing Association, underscoring her commitment to excellence in the field.
Over the past 18 years, Jessica has grown her career from organizational development into recruitment leadership, building extensive experience as a recruiter, trainer, and trusted leader in staffing and talent acquisition. She is especially passionate about developing clear career paths for her team, fostering growth, and creating opportunities for future leaders. One of Jessica’s greatest strengths is her ability to quickly assess the needs of both clients and candidates. As an attentive listener and relationship builder, she translates those needs into tailored, efficient workforce solutions. She prides herself on her ability to “find a way,” often collaborating on the fly to design creative talent strategies, streamline marketing efforts, and leverage invaluable industry insights.
Beyond her professional role, Jessica previously served on the board of Cleveland SHRM, where she led workforce readiness initiatives across Northeast Ohio. She remains active in these efforts today, partnering with the City of Cleveland and collaborating with nonprofit organizations that provide vital resources to both local employers and community members.
Jessica is most proud of her team’s accomplishments, particularly Anderson|Biro Staffing being recognized with the 2023 Weatherhead 100 Enterprise Award. The firm earned the top honor in its category with 97% annual sales growth, a milestone Jessica credits to the team’s dedication, client partnerships, and commitment to supporting the communities they serve.
Outside of work, Jessica is a lifelong outdoors enthusiast who enjoys fishing and boating on Lake Erie. A mother of two, she also loves exploring the hidden gems of the Cleveland Metroparks and discovering new restaurants with family and friends.

Tracy Walsh is the epitome of an experienced staffing professional. She boasts a successful industry track record highlighted by her extensive involvement across multiple disciplines on a national level including the Office Professional space we serve. As a core tenet, and consistent with our overall team culture, Tracy believes that follow up and frequent open communication with our clients and candidates is paramount. In fact, Tracy largely accredits her success to maintaining a strong, all-inclusive industry network.
A Cleveland native, Tracy graduated from the esteemed Magnificat High School and went on to earn her degree from Bryant & Stratton College. After an initial introduction to the banking and collections industry, Tracy spent five years with PNC Bank before joining a regional staffing company. From her first day of recruiting, Tracy knew she had found her niche in the staffing industry. After years of achievement and professional growth, she went on to join another large staffing firm where she created valuable strategic partnerships with well-known, global companies.
In 2021 Tracy joined the team at Anderson|Biro Staffing and is now considered a cornerstone of our success and expansion. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys attending concerts, comedy shows, golfing, and traveling with friends.

Jimmy delivers over a decade of impactful staffing experience having supported clients in key industry verticals including healthcare, clinical research, manufacturing, office professional, accounting and finance. He has primarily been focused on new business development and account management while collaborating with clients to identify fulfillment and retention strategies. Cultivating and building relationships is something on which Jimmy prides himself and he is always looking to strengthen his client partnerships.
Before finding his way to Anderson|Biro Staffing, Jimmy began his career working in sales with the Pittsburgh Pirates. After his time in the professional sports world, he transitioned to our industry as a Healthcare Recruiter with a national staffing firm, where he spent seven years in recruiting and business development. Upon his relocation back to Northeast Ohio he worked for three years in business and client development with a manufacturing recruiting firm.
In his spare time, Jimmy loves spending time with his wife Jess, Bernedoodle, Winston, family and friends. He’s a diehard Cleveland sports fan and also enjoys getting out for a round of golf. A graduate of Ohio University, Jimmy earned his degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business.

Rachel Gerrick joined Anderson|Biro Staffing in 2022. Prior to joining the team, she spent her past three years working as an administrative assistant at an accounting and law firm. Today, Rachel is responsible for invoicing clients and for processing payroll to ensure to all employees are paid on time, every time. In addition to providing payroll and billing services, she also assists with back-office and onboarding functions to help prepare team members for their first day.
In her free time, Rachel can be found ice skating, kayaking, going to baseball games or traveling to new and unique places with friends. Rachel graduated from Cleveland State University in 2017 with her BBA in Finance.

Ryan Anderson is a uniquely suited leader for a staffing firm in the office professional space, having over 20 years’ experience devoted to talent acquisition and his own real estate and investment ventures. Instrumental in Anderson|Biro’s ability to deliver adaptable and dependable services, Ryan’s persistent and thoughtful leadership approach has bolstered our place in a highly-competitive space. He invests himself personally in the growth of our team and the needs of our clients. This approach has enabled him to share in the success of our clients and to create lasting, strategic relationships with many industry leaders.
Over the years, Ryan has been formally recognized for his leadership and innovation by Crain’s Cleveland Business, The Cleveland Professional Twenty-Thirty Club, and the Sales & Marketing Executives organization. He prides himself in taking active roles in his professional and personal communities. Ryan is a visible part of organizations like RESPRO®, the American Land Title Association (ALTA), and the John Carroll University Boler School of Business Management and Human Resources major as a regular speaker, presenter, and committee member. He has held board-level positions for Open Doors Academy and the Cleveland Professional Twenty-Thirty Club. Ryan’s community consciousness has been a driving force behind Anderson|Biro’s various outreach initiatives, including our regular partnership with Business Volunteers Unlimited.
With his lovely wife and three children, Ryan is just as devoted to his family as he is to our company. He can often be found coaching his kids’ youth sports teams and staying active outside doing yardwork. Ryan holds a BS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from John Carroll University, with a concentration in business.

Eric Biro co-founded Anderson|Biro Staffing with the vision of building and leading a team of dedicated search professionals and support staff. Born and raised into an entrepreneurial family, mentoring the team comes naturally. Combining innovative team-building strategies with a keen attention to detail, Eric plays a pivotal role in our ability to offer individualized, cutting-edge solutions to fit each client. He is known around the office for his competitive edge and lead-by-example style.
Eric has also applied his recruiting background to building a national retained recruiting and staffing firm (Anderson|Biro, LLC) focused on title and settlement companies throughout the U.S. A thought leader in the industry, Eric is a member of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and serves on both the Talent and Education Committees. Eric routinely uses his experiences for speaking engagements, whether at ALTA events, or title insurance underwriter seminars.
Eric is a native of Cleveland, OH and holds a BSBA in Finance from John Carroll University. He has established himself as a community-minded businessman, with local and national memberships in the Association for Corporate Growth, John Carroll University Entrepreneurs Association, John Carroll University Blue Gold Club (Past-President), and Engage Cleveland. Eric is also the Founding Partner of Biro Holdings, LLC, which has ownership interests in the Biro family of companies – Biro Sales, Inc. and Biro Service, Inc. Recognized as an All-American track and field athlete while at John Carroll, Eric is an avid athlete and Cleveland sports fan.
