Account Executive

Ryan Porten joined the team in 2015, following a brief interlude as a program specialist for a company with overlap in the mortgage and property management industry. He has since established himself as an irreplaceable utility player and is always ready to rise to a new challenge. He excels whether he’s researching new projects, screening potential candidates, or coordinating valued clients. Ryan is a highly-adaptable colleague, and with involvement in all aspects of the recruiting process, he is also a knowledgeable representative. With prior experience in sales and client management on a national scale, Ryan is a natural fit on the client-facing side. He balances his friendly, collaborative personality with a results-driven reputation for excellence. He takes personal pride in the growth of the careers that he helps to launch. He also emphasizes his job as focused on sharing opportunities rather than products.

Outside of work, Ryan can be found golfing, shooting hoops with his recreational league, and generally staying active outside. He plays a dynamic role in his community as a volunteer with Business Volunteers Unlimited and Open Doors Academy. He also facilitates instruction for junior golfers in his spare time. One of four John Carroll University alumni at Anderson|Biro, Ryan holds a BS in Marketing.
