Anderson|Biro Staffing expands team with new recruiter

CLEVELAND –  Jul. 28, 2022 – Anderson|Biro Staffing, a Cleveland-based job placement firm dedicated to connecting employers with qualified candidates throughout Northeast Ohio and beyond, is pleased to announce the addition of another professional recruiter to its team.

Elsie Rodriguez joined the A|B team in March and works directly with candidates to help match them with the right employers. As part of her role, Rodriguez carefully screens resumés, selects qualified candidates and coordinates interviews. She also facilitates assistance and next steps for new hires preparing for orientation. Not only does Rodriguez ensure a thorough and clear recruiting and vetting process, she also maintains close contact with candidates and employers to ensure a smooth experience and increase the likelihood of retention.

Prior to joining the Anderson|Biro Staffing team, Rodriguez spent nine years in the pharmaceutical industry before pivoting into the recruiting field. Seeking a new chapter, she completed her bachelor’s degree in Technical Management with a concentration in Human Resources, all while juggling a full-time position in healthcare and raising her two teenage daughters. This tenacity and ambition made her a perfect fit for the Northeast Ohio recruiting firm.
