Joseph Zeilmann adds another decade of recruiting experience to the Anderson|Biro Staffing team. Throughout those ten years, Joe has diversified his recruitment profile with light industrial, medical, and professional placements. He has worn many hats in his staffing career from recruiting, managing recruiters, handling client interface and everything in between. Joe’s main goal for his candidates is not to just to find them another “job”, but to help them find their career!

Outside of the office, Joe enjoys spending time with his daughter and wife. He can be found on the softball field or basketball court coaching his daughter’s sports teams. If it’s the summertime – he will most likely be on Kelley’s Island soaking up the sun. Joe also plays a large role in his community and enjoys volunteering at Medina County Job and Family Services where he can be found dressed up as Santa at their annual foster care event.
