Kaitlyn Denman is a dedicated and results-driven recruiter at Anderson|Biro Staffing, where she seamlessly blends her customer service expertise with her natural ability to connect with people. She initially joined the firm as a Recruiting Coordinator and quickly progressed into a full-desk Recruiter role, managing multiple partnerships and consistently exceeding performance goals. Her talent for navigating conversations and delivering results makes her a key asset to the team. 

With over seven years of experience in collaborative work environments, Kaitlyn has developed exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Before transitioning into staffing, she played a pivotal role in streamlining sales efforts across various organizations and facilitated the claims process at Progressive Insurance—demonstrating her adaptability and success in fast-paced, high-demand industries. 

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Cuyahoga Community College, Kaitlyn is committed to continuous learning and professional growth. As part of her dedication to expanding her expertise in the HR and staffing industry, she is actively involved in a specialized HR apprenticeship program developed through a partnership between Anderson|Biro Staffing, the Greater Cleveland Partnership, and SHRM. Through this program, Kaitlyn is further refining her skills, strengthening her ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, and continuing to provide top-tier recruitment solutions with professionalism and poise.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family and hiking the scenic trails of the Cleveland Metroparks. She loves discovering new coffee shops, frequenting local farmers' markets, baking for her loved ones, and traveling to new destinations whenever she can. With a passion for personal and professional development, Kaitlyn embraces every opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
